Meet Your Assistant
A dental assistant greets you warmly and brings your child back. One parent is welcome to stay in the treatment room throughout the visit.
Exam & Cleaning
Your child's dentist reviews their medical history and completes a full comprehensive exam, then goes over the findings and answers your questions. Fluoride is applied at the end.
Check Out
We schedule your child's next visit in six months, review any financial questions for future treatment, and send you home with an appointment card and a school note if you need one.

How soon can I get my child an appointment?
The typical wait for a new patient appointment is one to two days. We also accept walk-ins Monday through Friday from 8am to 2pm, and we offer same-day emergency appointments when you call before 3pm.
What ages do you treat?
We treat children from birth through 16 years old. Our team includes board-certified pediatric dentists.
How long does the first visit take?
Typically 30 to 60 minutes depending on your child’s age. It includes a full comprehensive exam, a review of your child’s medical history, and fluoride at the end.
Is the first visit free?
A first visit typically runs $150 to $180 without insurance. With most PPO plans, preventive visits are typically covered at 100%, so your out-of-pocket cost would be $0. The infant first-tooth Happy Visit is complimentary.
Can I stay with my child during the appointment?
Yes. We ask that no more than one person accompany your child in the treatment room.
Do you offer Saturday appointments?
Yes. Saturday hours are 9am to 1pm. We’re open two Saturdays a month from September through May, and one Saturday a month from June through August.
How do I book, and are new patient forms online?
You can book by phone, through the form on this page, by text, or by email. There isn’t self-scheduling, but you can inquire online and our team will help you find a time. New patient forms can be emailed or texted to you, or filled out in the office if you arrive 20 minutes early.
What should we bring to the first appointment?
Bring your insurance card and your photo ID. If your child is transferring from another pediatric dentist, we ask that their records, including recent x-rays, be sent over beforehand, since most insurance plans limit how often x-rays are covered.
How do you work with anxious children or children with special needs?
We schedule appointments at a time that works best for your child, offer private rooms, and have televisions in every room so your child can watch a favorite show or listen to music. We also allow longer appointment times to give your child extra time, and sensory toys are available if needed. Our team speaks English, Spanish, Farsi, French, and Arabic.
Do you see children with autism or sensory processing differences?
Yes. We offer longer appointment times, flexibility in scheduling appointment times and dates, private rooms, sensory toys, nitrous, and general anesthesia, with trained pediatric dentists and staff.
My child is nervous about the dentist. What should I know?
Our team will do as much as your child allows us to do. We want every patient to feel safe and cared for, and if you have questions at any point, we’re here to help guide you through each step.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule in order to avoid our cancellation fee. The missed appointment or no-show fee is $150.
